About the role

As a Level 3 practitioner you will be a key person to a small group of children, responsible for their learning, wellbeing and daily care. You will work closely with parents and the wider room team to give every child a warm, secure start.

Your responsibilities

• Act as a key person to a small group of children, planning for their individual learning and development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Build trusting relationships with parents and carers, sharing daily updates through the Famly app.
• Help create a safe, clean and stimulating environment in your room.
• Follow our safeguarding, health and safety and other policies at all times.

What we are looking for

• A full and relevant Level 3 early years qualification.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• A warm, patient and reliable approach to caring for young children.
• Good communication skills with children, families and colleagues.
• A commitment to safeguarding and to your own ongoing development.

Hours and pay

Full or part time hours are available. Salary depends on experience and is confirmed at interview.
